Why Yoga Nidra? – Part 1 of 2
Yoga nidra promotes a deep state of relaxation which can help in restoring the body to a state of balance and calm. Many people are curious how this works and how is it different from other forms of meditation. Yoga nidra is a form of meditation, however it is different than listening to a guided meditation as it is a different level of body awareness that slows the mind.
