To build on last weeks post of strategies to shift mindset when experiencing depletion, I thought this week I would add in a tool that can be integrated into a parent's routine a few times a week, or daily. The tool is a grounding meditation I created to support the clients I work with integrating mindfulness, grounding, and safe place imagery. I hope it is something that provides a moment of replenishment in your day!
