This blog post came from a common experience parents have been sharing about navigating since the start of the pandemic, and experiences a sense of depletion. I searched to see if there was information out there about this experience to see if it was a common reality for other parents, through this I came across this article. The article validates and helps to reflect on examining your mindset, looking at what you have been able to do, and baby steps to make meaningful shifts.
